Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns (e.g., change of mind or sizing issues), customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Henryvered

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, it will be processed within 3 business days
  • Refunds may take an additional a few days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider, processing may take an additional 1–3 business day

Late or Missing Refunds
